Processing: Cooking, blanching, conditioning, cooling and chilling of food. Putting heat in and taking heat away from food.

Initial contact with the company is usually with the Director responsible for marketing and sales. Equipment design comes under the control of Chris Ely, a founder and Director and the Project Engineering team. Chris and the team liaise with the customers and oversee the manufacture and installations.

Ambit Projects have always invested in technology to assist in the design and layout of its systems. Our design office is fully equipped with the latest technology and all layouts and manufacturing drawings are produced using Vellum Graphite 3D on Apple Macintosh computers. Drawings can be exported in .dxf format for full compatibility with systems such as Autocad.
